Headquarters
Built from the ground up.
Hardams Recycling was established in May 2021 as an initiative under the Kayode Adamolekun Foundation — dedicated to empowering unemployed youths and widows, enabling them to become self-sufficient.
The core objective: build a robust plastic recycling ecosystem that provides individuals with sustainable income. Empowered collectors receive training and initial capital to set up purchase points in their communities.
Once collection targets are met, the recycling process activates — waste is transported, sorted, and processed into sellable materials. Every stage of this chain is designed to keep value within the community.

How we grew.
Foundation
Established under the Kayode Adamolekun Foundation. Trained and deployed collectors across Ibadan. First collection points activated, providing sustainable income for unemployed youths and widows.
Infrastructure
Introduced baling operations at the dumpsite — compacting PET bottles into sellable bales. Expanded the collector network and secured partnerships with receiving companies.
Industrial Scale
Integrated crushing and washing line machinery. Elevated recycling to a primary enterprise within the Hardams Group, positioning for full industrial PET flake production.
Where we're headed.
